Snakes On A Plane. There were [expletive deleted] snakes. They were on a [expletive deleted] plane. At this point, the movie had delivered on all of its promises.

But there was so much more! There was random nudity thrown in just to make the R-Rating. There was much cussing because that’s what the people demanded. There was Samuel L. Jackson being Samuel L. Jackson while he contended with snakes. On a plane.

There was snake vision.

The (very young) crowd cheered and applauded throughout the movie. There was actually an audience participation script floating around the Internet that my group didn’t know about until we got to the theater. Several people brought plastic snakes to throw at the scene. It’s Rocky Horror for today’s generation. Though, I’m not sure how well it will do in that sense (lacking transvestites and all).

Overall, it was great and exactly as expected. Go see it if you’ve ever been entertained by “There’s X on Y. Hilarity Ensues” type situations. This is best of breed.
